Description

  • Exhibit exceptional, world-class sales and customer service by actively selling and promoting Deseret Book products and services at our customer support center.
  • Provide support to customers using phone, email, and live chat.
  • Process phone orders, credits, replacements, and data entry.
  • Provide basic support for digital products and Deseret Book apps.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Place outbound courtesy calls to customers for special promotions.
  • Approximately 25-29 hours per week
  • Shifts:
  • Monday through Friday 2 pm 8 pm and 5 hours on Saturdays (Saturdays are required)

Required Skills

  • Superior customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills (with accuracy)
  • Able to learn multiple computer programs quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a supportive team member with a positive attitude.
  • Keyboard 45 wpm
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus (not required)
